  • This full-service option includes research, planning, and booking for your entire trip—hotels, activities, transportation, and more.

    From the big-picture experience to the smallest detail, I’ll build a personalized, day-by-day itinerary that reflects your pace, preferences, and travel goals, including recommendations for dining, sightseeing, downtime, and hidden gems. Whether you want a jam-packed adventure or a slow, scenic escape, we’ll make sure you have a good balance of must-see highlights and authentic local experiences.

  • You’ll receive an easy-to-navigate digital itinerary (available via app or desktop), complete with daily plans, booking confirmations, reservation details, maps, and notes. Best of all, it works offline—so you’ll have access even in remote destinations or when international data is limited.

  • I’ll help you select and secure the best hotels, villas, or resorts for your trip—whether that’s a boutique gem, luxury retreat, or family-friendly stay. As always, all bookings unlock exclusive perks like upgrades, resort credits, daily breakfast, and flexible check-in/out, where available.

Concierge Travel Planning involves a fully custom itinerary, planned and booked by me—perfect for travelers who want to show up with your bags packed and ready for adventure, knowing every detail has already been taken care of.

  • Ideally, 3–6 months before your trip (or earlier for international travel). That said, I’m happy to help with last-minute bookings when possible!

  • Yes! Hotel, villa and resort-only bookings (with perks) are always available at no additional cost.

  • No problem! I can offer partial planning support—like activity bookings or hotel selection—depending on your needs. Just let me know how involved you’d like me to be.

  • Yes! I can build a custom itinerary around your existing bookings—tours, experiences, transfers, restaurant reservations, and more.

  • While I don’t issue airline tickets directly, I’m happy to assist with flight research and integration into your overall itinerary.

  • While I can’t book directly with points for hotel stays, I’m happy to guide you on the best use of your rewards to book flights and help integrate those bookings into your overall itinerary.

    I can also link any bookings to your preferred hotel loyalty programs so that you can continue to earn points and status!

  • Planning fees are invoiced separately and due before the itinerary-building process begins. I’ll provide a clear quote based on your trip’s length and complexity before any work begins.

  • I follow the policies of each hotel, tour operator, or transportation provider. I’ll always advocate on your behalf and help navigate changes if needed.
